The Retail Theory Of Judgement Development

I used to work at Woody’s BBQ. It was a busy place at times. During Race Week or Bike Week, huge crowds would come it. So too, on regular days, I’d meet 50 or more people.

Thinking about this today, I thought that these workers develop the best judgement about people. They learn to see, on the spot, whether a person is good, bad, caring, kind, and so forth.

Today–a Friday and end of the week in the United States–I ask folks to think about these folks and their impeccable judgement.
